The fenders had to be modified so we took them off
After the removal of the fenders and the motor it was time to weld the front cross member in place 
The motor and transmission were put back in 
The rear fenders were bolted back in place 
Here is another look at the rear fenders from the rear  
Nice quick change rear end 
Another nice view of the quick change rear end 
We had to cut out some holes in the trunk so the rear end could fit through. This will make the body fit flush with the frame  
A look under the car to check for any clearance problems
